Many ODM and OEM projects which I have been directly involved with are now mass-produced and are available worldwide under globally recognisable brands which include: Japans "Toshiba" and "Hitachi" home comfort products, Europe’s and United Kingdom's "Morphy Richards" and "SEB" (Tefal, Moulinex etc…), United States "Hamilton Beach" and "Jarden Consumers Solutions" kitchen appliances, as well as promotional and retail products for “Yum Group” (China), “HSBC”, “Huawei”, “Snapchat Inc.”, “Warner Brothers” and “Walt Disney”.

After stepping down from Creative Manager post with Maxx Makes Great in 2018, Innovative Solutions: Product Development Services returns thanks to request, demand and support from clients, vendors, partners, new and old. Now with a portfolio which is not limited to developing well known and high profile products and designs, but includes globally recognisable campaign, successful business strategies and clients which holds some of the most renown IP's.
A side project, BUT one of, if not the most rewarding experience within my journey so far. Introduce, design and teach Product Development: Design & Marketing with English to a group of the most enthusiastic and talented teenagers.

Join Maxx as the organisation Creative Manager to direct and manage the companies APAC creative hubs (Hong Kong, China and Philipines), overseeing the global creative workflow, distribution and communication whilst directly responsible for founding and leading companies innovation team.
Heavily involved with providing marketing, sales and strategical business assistance/ strategies to the companies CEO and EVP.
Directly responsible for spea heading the companies transition from a promotional base company to a high profile retail business and capturing the most recognisable IP's and brands within the entertainment industry for the company, securing several well recognised long-term multi-million dollar contracts. Clients included; YUM Group (CN), Kellogg’s (US), HBA; Amway (CN), promotional items; Huawei (CN), HSBC (HK), Snapchat (Global), to Walt Disney (Global) and Warner Brothers (Global).

Successfully graduated MBA & MCMI within a year.
My MBA dissertation was a study on: “How is value utilised across collaborative product development between Chinese manufacturers and international buyers?”
2016
Innovative Solutions: Product Development Services was initially set up as a side project during my MBA and MCMI . A product development service which its foundation was based around my experience, passion and ideology of the importance of "value". Innovative Solution: Product Development Service was created not as a standard design consultancy which offers "unrealistic designs" or "un-functional things" but a professional 360 approach to help existing and new clients understand and incorporate operant resource and market requirement perspective towards product development, marketing, creative, strategical business direction and services.
Projects include ICP (integrated consultant project) product business consultant role for Sheffield based British firm IC Innovation "BBC Good Food's kitche ware and kitchen appliances" project.
*note Innovation Solutions was put on hiatus between 2017-2018 to focus on commitment with Maxx Makes Great.

Join the organisation in early 2011 initially as the companies Design Lead to support the companies VP (R&D). Within 3 months was promoted to the company's Director of Industrial Design & Marketing until stepping down in late 2014 to pursue further personal development (MBA & MCMI).
Responsible for directing and leading Join-One Electric Co., Ltd/ Join-Star Industrial Limited OEM and ODM (kitchen appliances and home comport products) projects from market positioning, design development to production.
Created and lead the companies first design team DSN; the team quickly established itself within both the home appliance field and manufacturing industry, whilst gaining the attention and invitation from the prestigious Red Dot design award body.

Graduated with a MDes (Masters in Design) in Product Design from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010
Assistant product designer during my 2nd half of work placement in Hong Kong for Otter Asia Ltd in April 2009- October 2009.
Responsible for developing products (electric kettles) under the following brands; Asda (UK), Kenwood (UK), Morphy Richards (UK), Phillips (EU), Breville (AUS), Sunbeam (AUS), Cuckoo (S.KR) and many more.
Many of these products were developed, and many are still sold globally to this day.
One of my earliest success which established my position within the consumer appliance electronics was achieved here which was recognised as the “most premium electric glass kettle in China” at its time.
Began my work placement in Hong Kong as an assistant product design intern for Hong Kong based Brtish product development consultancy Optima Product Development Services during November 2008- April 2009.
Primarily focused on the home appliance (small electric) field, where I worked closely with numerous clients and factories including Sunbeam (Aus) and Otter Ltd (UK/ HK).
Started formal academic training in Product Design BA (Hons) at Sheffield Hallam University in 2006, before transferring to the MDes Product Design course in 2008.
2006
Summer internship as a marketing and sales assistant in one of Hong Kong most well established and recognised manufacturer Anex Electronic Co Ltd in 2006.
Shadow the production and printing process as an assistant graphic designer for Sheffield based company ProCo (Production Company).
This is where my interested in design, business and marketing started bloomed, and my fate to establish myself in this industry began. I studied at Silverdale High School for my A-Levels, which included Product Design, Business & Economics, Art and..... Physic *cough* ... General Studies.
2004
Was given the opportunity to experience the creative sector first hand as an assistant graphic designer at the renown Sheffield based graphic design consultancy Iris Associates in 2004.
My first live project included the Sheffield Western Park Museum Logo.
Studied at Notre Dame High School; my GCSE included Design & Technology: Electronics, Art & Design and Business Communication Technology.
